Test & Certification
Over 13,000 people die every year after inhaling hazardous dust and fumes. On top of this, the British industry loses around three-million working days every year to related deaths and illnesses, costing £9.4 billion.
Industrial diseases are debilitating. They shorten lives and make normal living difficult. But complying with the COSHH regulations will help to prevent occupational ill-health. Under these regulations, it’s important to identify hazardous substances, evaluate their health risk and reduce any risks through engineering controls and PPE.
At the end of the online abrasive wheels training, you will be given a 20-question, multiple-choice test. The required pass rate is 85%. You will be able to download and print a digital certificate on completion of the course. A course certificate is 12 months for this annual refresher.
Duration
The course will take approximately 25 minutes to complete, excluding the final exam.
