Online Bullying and Harassment Training
Bullying and harassment is behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated or offended. Harassment is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010.
Bullying and harassment cover a wide range of actions, for example, picking on someone, spreading malicious rumours about them verbally or on social media, denying them training opportunities or otherwise treating them unfairly at work can all amount to bullying and/or harassment.

Training Outcomes

- Know what responibilites that both employers and employees have under new legislation
- Know what procedures should be in place if a formal complaint of bullying, harassment or sexual harassment is.

Test & Certification
At the end of the bullying and harassment training, you will be given a multiple-choice test. The required pass rate is 85%. You will be able to download and print a digital certificate on completion of the course. This certificate is valid for three years.
Duration
The communication for health and social care training will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, excluding the final exam.
